Cross sector organisations are cottoning on to the importance of youth participation. The recent series of the Apprentice highlights what young people can achieve when given the opportunity. Young people deserve the opportunity to build a diverse range of skill-sets at an earlier age. From my recent work with in the IYSS (Integrated Youth Support Services and International Summits) more organisations are understanding the importance of young peoples input. It is inenvitable that this investment will pay dividends in the future.
